Just like us our buzzy friends make some delicious stuff, and it’s the backbone of this rich yet fresh sour. Honey is blended with turmeric, added into a base of fresh carrot juice, then blitzed with a frothing agent. A garnish of dried carrot tops finish it off. Delicious as is, great with Suze, or add blended whisky for a full strength tipple.
